First I would just like to pay my respects to the families of the boys who were murdered, and that I mean no disrespect for what I am about to say.

I am not ignorant, nor am I a "devil worshiper" or what ever people out there may think or have thought about these men, I am a mother of two children, I grew up in a very respectful environment, and dress just like any other person, as a mother I would be distraught at the loss of my child but even I would be able to see...

I'm pretty new to this case and am trying to figure something out.

It looks like the prosecutors told the jury that the boys were killed as part of a satanic ritual or witchcraft ceremony. But, Jessie Misskelley's statements look more like it was some kind of explosion of temper, especially on Jason's part. And, the discussions I see here by those who think the defendants are guilty seem to focus on Damien's psychiatric history. Wouldn't the jury have said...

Hello, I'm a newbie from sweden and thought that i should introduce myself (and sorry fro my not perfect english!).

I have been interested in thi case for a while but haven't posted anything before (I didn't feel I had anything to add really).

I definitely think the wm3 are innocent (for one the motive doesn't make sense at all...).
I think the case will proably never be solved because too much time has passed. It could have been a random serial...

I'm not dumb. I have been keeping an eye on the unfolding events for a while now. And when I read unfolding events on this subject I always ask myself questions and if not answered I go on the hunt for them. But still I have not been able to find a couple of answers to my questions. Maybe some one on here can answer them for me. I ask myself how is it that three young, healthy boys are able to be contained by one individual, and I think it is one individual? Without at least one of them...

On the satellite documentary channel. I was amazed that in America a person can be convicted and sent to prison (let alone to death row...) without any evidence linking him to the crime scene! Amazing! Is it America or Saudi Arabia???

If this has been answered before please tell me. I only know a little on this case and have been reading up on all the information on this site. There is a lot.
I have seen the documentary a few times now and have looked all over but I cannot find the answer to this.
Why were Damien, Jason and Jessie arrested in the first place? What gave the WMPD the reason to arrest them? I took a few law classes in high school and I always thought there had to be some shred of evidence to arrest...

Yup new here but have been avidly following the case for about a decade now. Something that has really bothered me (especially) over the last 18 months is what is it with the American justice system that can point blank dis-allow new evidence to be presented in a trial - I understand the levels of courts and court appeals over there (I'm in Australia) but is this purely because of your ammendment rights and archaic justice system (pretty much like over here) ???
