I'm no psychic and I don't know who killed those boys, but I think it is worth further investigation before an innocent person is executed. Has everyone forgotten the bite marks and the fact that Mr. Byars conveniently had his teeth pulled after the murders. has anyone bothered to check if it was necessary for him to have the teeth pulled?

Failing a polygraph doesn't mean anything, not does passing one. You hear about alot of cases where a guilty person was intially dismissed because they pass a polygraph. Most of the time during questioning police tell people they did fail to get the type of response they got from Jessie.

These ARE NOT polygraph results. The results would be a sheet of paper about 80 feet long with squiggley lines all over it. No one has ever found the actual results of Damien's polygraph to my knowlege. Perhaps this is why the results have never been reviewed by an expert....

Did he indeed? And how do we know this? Let's put it this way, any results of polygraph are subject to the reviewers interpretation and to many other factors. It is a pseudo-science around which swirls much controversy. I am not impressed with passing or failing polygraphs. The results cannot and should not stand alone. Kind of like a confession, if there is not cooberative evidence it's really useless (except in this case where an absolutely BS confession was grabbed on to like a life...

So Damien failed his polygraph or not, if he didn't was it because of the heart condition like stated before or what. I don't understand what this means unless they are saying that basically he was lying like they always do. I really need to finish reading everything at once, I have way too many questions right now it is unbelievable.
