Lawyers for murder suspect Jessie Lloyd Misskelley Jr. have filed a legal brief in an effort to pursuade a Circuit Court judge to let them question under oath the police officers who interrogated their client.

Misskelley's alleged statement to police, which attorney Daniel T.
