I totally understand what you are saying and I do agree with everything you've said. I haven't been around as long you or others so I guess I'm not use to all the negativity. I took a powder earlier and each poster does have their own style but why should I be called out not for posting on here but posts on a different board. I am sure there are some non's that don't agree nor like how I handle posts but like you for the most part I've found answering...

The differences on how people veiw things is sometimes enormous. What is moral about tearing down someone just because they asked questions?

What is moral about tearing someone down who has worked selflessly for years to try to correct a horrible injustice just to jump start your own fund so you can be "in charge". What is moral about fabricating stories that are blatantly untrue in order to make that person look bad so...

I'm just popping in to say that people are not banned from this board because they have a difference of opinion about this case.
People get banned because of the way they present themselves when posting their opinion.

Calling another poster "stupid" or "dimwit".....etc, when exchanging posts with another member is what gets people banned, not having a difference of opinion.

What I find most interesting is the reactions of some not really the fact that the fund issues themselves though that is mildly interesting...

To me all of this is peripheral to the core issue: Justice.

At the end of the day, Justice is served. That is what the victims parents should want, what supporters should want and what nons should want.

A person has to love the generalizing statements made on here or go mad.

Mara and Stidham have made their beds, I am far from a fan of either. Mara wrote a biased book that didn't pan out but was the most popular theory floating around at the time and she did it with no regard to Mr. Byers. Stidham should have been replaced as Misskelley's attorney because of the reasons Randy and others have stated before.

I really don't care who gives what money to whom ,...

While Stidham may be really trying to get funds for his client, as I have stated, this "non" hasn't become an avid fan of either he or Mara. I agree with Kathy. Regardless of their intentions they have hurt the cause of the WM3 due to the timing and handling of this effort. Now as a non, you might expect me to find glee in that. While I do find it interesting and another one of those issues where one could say "damn", I don't view this as a game where the WM3IP...

I believe that this is what it has turned out to be, which may have been the intention from the outset and those involved certainly went about it the wrong way. I don't believe anybody has any problem with other funds being set up but questioning the integrity of Lorri Davis is just plain wrong..

Only Dan and Mara know their motives for launching this site in the manner they did. Whether it is just an ill informed marketing scheme gone wrong (there I go, Randy, talking about marketing!) or a malicious, badly timed distraction by design... we may never know.

Never was there an attempt to launch a cooperative effort at all. Speaks volumes.

There were a lot of ways to go on this and I have never said it wasn't overall a good idea to have another fund or one that...
