There will almost always be a moderator in the room. There will be 3 reasons a chatter will be kicked, or banned.

1. Abusive behavior, name calling, personal attacks, and the like
2. Lurking. Pick a name, and participate in the discussion. Lurkers will be warned, and will have a chance to participate
3. Posting, on any board, of the chat logs is prohibited. The result will be an automatic ban form case discussion.
