Complainant stated the victim is her son. Her son left home after school and she hasn't seen him since. Diana Moore stated she saw steve with her son, Michal Moore and Christopher Byers around 6:00p.m. They were riding bikes north on North 14th going toward Goodwin. The complainant further stated her son has never left home like this before. Steve is described as 4'2" tall, 60 lbs., blonde hair and blue eyes. He was last scene wearing blue jeans and white T-shirt. He was riding a 20" black Renegade bicycle.

Complainant stated the victim is his son. The victim is on Ritilin for hyper-activity but on this date, has not taken his medication. The last time the victim was seen, he was cleaning the yard at 5:30p.m. The victim was seen at 6:00pm by Diana Moore with her son who is also missing. Christopher was described as 4'4" tall, 50 lbs., light brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, dark shoes and a white long sleeve shirt.

Complainant stated she observed the victim (her son) riding bicycles with his friends Steve Branch and Christopher Byers. When she lost sight of the boys, she send her daughter to find them. The boys could not be found. Michael is described as 4' tall, 60 lbs, with brown hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing blue pants, blue Boy scouts of America shirt, orange and blue Boy scourt hat and tennis shoes.
